QDY model double girder electric overhead traveling ladle cranes are used to lift melt metal in steel melting workshop. The ladle lifting overhead crane casting bridge crane is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the smelting workshop of the steel plant, and is used for the transfer, pouring and molten iron in the smelting process.

Ladle crane has very special safe design,it uses two pcs of wire rope system for the main hook, the device is called Balance Arm, any each wire rope is damaged or broken, the other wire rope will safely hold the ladle in the air and wont let it fall down,then to avoid accident.
Anti high temperature design, there is heat proof layer on bottom of main girder.
Main hook and Aux.hook all have two sets of brake,more safety.
Safety monitor is provided to monitor each motion,all data, i.e current,moving speed,are displayed in the cabin,operator can see it clearly.
In addition, Safe hydraulic brake is installed onto the flange of the wire rope drum, one more layer of safety guarantee.
Motor is with high protection class IP54,IP55, with overspeed switch,overheat protection,fan cooling,motor encoder is optional.Normal capacity are 5t,10t,16t,16/3.2t,20/5t,32/5t,50/10t,74/20t,100/32t,125/32t,140/40t,160/50t,etc.
the span is 10.5m-31.5m, lifting height 16-20m, working class is A7 or A8.
