Description
Double girder gantry crane is composed with double girder frame, vertical legs, crane traveling end truck, and the top running trolley with lifting and travelling device.
The crane legs design is vertical to the ground, which makes the crane as U shape and allows big material to go through the legs from span range to cantilever. And the cart could be special designed for lifting and unloading dirt in subway construction site. The cranes standard speeds are adjustable, which allow the crane adjust its speed under 2~3 grades.
This model gantry crane is designed under GB regulation, passed ISO, CE certification.
The crane lifting and travelling speeds are steady and accurate.

Installation service
Henan Mine Crane Co.,LTD crane could supply not only gantry crane but also the gantry crane solutions. Firstly, we will supply gantry bridge crane design, gantry crane manual, gantry crane drawing, gantry crane wiring diagram, gantry crane electrical diagram and gantry crane safety video before or after delivery, our technician will do supervision the installation according to the document, of course, the customer can do installation by themselves according to their requirement.
After installation, our technician will indicate to do the load test according to the gantry crane load test procedure, then gantry crane operator training and gantry crane maintenance training, all the procedure will be made according to the gantry crane training videos and gantry crane training PowerPoint.
