LDY metallurgical single beam overhead crane is mainly used for metallurgical and foundry places where molten metal is lifted. Its lifting mechanism is YHⅡ metallurgical electric hoist, and its lifting capacity is no more than 10t.
The bottom of the main beam of the crane adopts special heat insulation treatment; the working environment temperature is -10℃~60℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of 40℃. 1.Bridge

The main beam is made of cold-formed U-channel steel and I-beam welded into a solid web beam or steel plate into a box beam. The end beam is a U-shaped channel steel group welded into a box structure, and the main and end beams are connected by bolts and shear flange connection structure or seat structure, which is convenient for installation and convenient for transportation and storage.

2.Operating organization

The operating mechanism adopts the separate driving form (see Figure 1), and the driving and braking are completed by the conical rotor motor. Its advantage is that it can reduce the wear of the gnawing track caused by the skew of the wheel, and it is not easy to cause the failure of the wheel to climb the track and fall off the track. Operating speed: ground operation is generally 20, 30m/min. Generally, it is manufactured at single speed. If users need other speed adjustment methods, they should negotiate with the design department before signing the contract and indicate whether they can be used in the order contract.

3.Lifting mechanism

The crane is equipped with two independent braking devices-the metallurgical electric hoist consisting of a brake and a safety brake (i.e. double brake) and an overload limiter form a lifting mechanism, which can lift heavy objects and move along the main The beam moves laterally.

4.Electrical system

The hoisting motor of the metallurgical electric hoist adopts a cone-rotor motor with a larger starting torque to adapt to the frequent direct start of the crane during intermittent work. In order to adapt to the temperature environment exceeding 40 ℃, the insulation class H class motor is adopted, and the high temperature resistant cable is adopted. The crane is operated by pressing the button switch (flashlight door) to make the contact of the contactor turn on or cut off the power supply of the motor. Its main circuit and control circuit have few electrical components, simple wiring, and convenient use and maintenance. Use heat insulation protection measures outside electrical equipment such as motors.
