The basic structure of the electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as that of the hook bridge crane. The difference is that a DC lifting electromagnetic chuck is hung on the hook, which is used to lift the magnetically conductive ferrous metal and its products. The AC power supply is converted into a DC power supply through a thyristor DC box installed in the driver’s cab, and then the DC power supply cable is sent to the electromagnetic chuck through a special cable reel set on the trolley.
The QC type main hook electromagnetic bridge crane has a removable electric disk. The lifting weight includes the self-weight of the electric disk. It is suitable for heavy loading and unloading and handling of magnetic ferrous metal products and materials (such as steel ingots, section steel, pig iron blocks) are also commonly used in the warehouses of machinery factories to carry steel materials, iron blocks, scrap iron, scrap steel, scrap and other materials. All mechanisms are operated in the control room, and rainproof equipment is provided when used in the open air.
