The double girder overhead crane is a lifting solution designed to carry medium and heavy-duty loads. It is composed of a main girder frame, end carriage system, lifting trolley, electric panel and cabin mostly. They are designed to meet the medium and heavy industrial lifting requirements, covering almost all of the manufacturing process. Compared with a single girder overhead crane, the double girder overhead crane are very modular and adaptable to any need, high-reliability components and available for a wide range of applications for industrial environments.

Features:

According to the degree of heavy use, this series of cranes are divided into two basic working levels: intermediate (A5) and heavy (A6). If necessary, they can also be designed and manufactured as light (A1~A3) or super heavy (A7~A8).
Intermediate working level (A5): The electric motor’s connection duration rate JC=25%, used in less frequent use occasions, such as paper-making workshops, steel pipe workshops, tower workshops, etc.
Heavy-duty level (A6): The motor’s power connection duration rate JC=40%, used in more frequent applications, such as pipe pile workshops, telephone pole workshops, etc. For heavy-duty cranes, the trolley operating mechanism and auxiliary hoisting mechanism are designed according to the intermediate level.
