LDP electric single-girder crane is a small-size low headroom crane. The electric hoist is at one side of the girder, which increases the workspace.
It is applicable to the places where the workshop’s headroom is low.
The crane is composed of a box-shaped girder weld by steel plates, an end girder, crab frame, and a fixed electric block. The crab is partially hung and runs at one side of the g rider. The electric hoist is raised to the upside of the girder from under the girder, which effectively increases the lifting altitude.
The crab is braked by a conical motor and driven by exposed gear.
The girder, of box-shaped structure and bias rails, has horizontal wheels at the upper and the lower, so that it is safe and reliable and can avoid rail gnawing.
The trolley adopts a separate drive, conical motor brake and exposed gear drive. The traveling motor can be a soft start motor and variable-frequency adjustable-speed motor according to user requirements. The crane can start steadily and runs safely and reliably.
It has three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control and cab. The cab has two types, open cab and closed cab. The span of it is 7.5-22 5m(subject to non-standard design according to user s requirements). The classification group is A3 and the operating ambient temperature is-25℃~40℃.
Mechanical parts
1.Single welding box girder, beam deflection with DIN/FEM standard

Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel (16 Mn)
Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster
The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine
The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing end plate
Maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050meters handrail.
Both side of all the steel plate of crane are pretreatment by pretreatment production line,
Sand blasting– Primer spray–Primer drying. Eliminate the innerstress of steel plate, increase the adhesive force of the steel structure. Ensure the appearance and anticorrosion quality.
The trolley frame, drum, and bogie frame and related big welding structure are treated by Annealing in the natural gas annealing furnace to ensure the Machining accuracy after welding. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible

Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling
All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact
