Its main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation, and maintenance of the motor, and complicated power supply devices.
(4) The electric hoist with the motor mounted on the outside of the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of generalization, easy to change the lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance. The disadvantage is: the length is large.
1.Hook protection device : The hook should be equipped with a protection device to prevent accidental decoupling of the lifting load, that is, a safety hook with a safety claw is used.
2.Rope guide : Spiral structure, the compressed wire rope can not be buckled indiscriminately, while moving left and right. The rope guide has a fork to move the baffle on the lifting limiter lever to achieve the upper and lower limit positions. Power off.
3.Overload limiter: The overall error should not be greater than 8%. When the load reaches 90% of the rated lifting capacity, it should be able to send out an indicative alarm signal. When the load reaches 105% of the rated lifting capacity, it should send out an alarm signal. Automatically cut off the lifting power source.
4.Torque limiter: The overall error should not be greater than 10%. When the load torque reaches the rated lifting torque, it can automatically cut off the power source for lifting or luffing.
5.Lift limit position limiter: When the lifting limit position of the spreader must be adjusted, it will automatically cut off the power source for lifting. For the hydraulic lifting mechanism, a prohibitive alarm signal should be given.
6.Lower limit limit position limiter: When the spreader must be adjusted to drop to the lower limit position, it can automatically cut off the power source of the descent to ensure that the steel wire rope is wound on the drum not less than the number of turns designed.
