European Wire rope Electric hoist adopts Double winding Squirrel cage variable pole motor with 1:6speed ratio,the motor has a two-disc electromagnetic brake,which can brake up 1million time, no need repair, aluminum alloy shell. Lifting reducer is Multi-level gears that are surface-hardened and processed by high-precision grinding.

Mechanical Parts:
The standard trolley running mechanism is controlled by a frequency converter, and the speed is up to 20 m/min, which makes the lifting objects of the trolley move less swinging and accurate positioning, and can safely and reliably lift precision valuables.
Lifting mechanism:
The design strictly implements the relevant standards of FEM.
1. Reel
The reel is made of high-quality seamless steel pipes processed by CNC machine tools. After finishing, the rope groove on the reel and the rope guide can effectively prevent the loose rope and the disorder of the rope.
2. Wire rope
The steel wire rope adopts high-strength imported steel wire rope with a tensile strength of 2160 N/㎡, which has good safety and long service life.
3. Rope guide
The standard rope guide is made of engineering plastics with strong wear resistance and good self-lubricating properties, which greatly reduces the wear of the steel wire rope, the main force-bearing safety component, thereby enhancing the safety of the lifting mechanism. At the same time, for different usage conditions, heavy-duty rope guides made of ductile cast iron can also be provided.
1. Lifting motor
The lifting adopts a double-winding squirrel-cage pole-changing motor to achieve a speed ratio of 1:6. The motor shell is drawn from aluminum alloy, which has good heat dissipation performance. A fan is installed at the end of the lifting motor to enhance the cooling effect. Thermistors (or thermal switches) are embedded in the windings of all lifting motors to prevent possible motor overheating.
The insulation class of the motor is F, and the protection class is IP54.
An encoder can be added to the frequency conversion hoisting motor, and the encoder is usually installed directly on the fan shaft end of the motor.
2. Brake
The lifting motor is equipped with a double-disc electric disc brake. The brake is integrated at the end of the motor. When the motor is powered off, the brake will automatically close to prevent the load from slipping. The brake clearance of the brake does not need to be manually adjusted after it is set (the clearance can be adjusted by the brake spring by itself). When the thickness of the brake pad is lower than the set value, an additional monitoring switch can automatically alarm and prompt the user to replace it. The double-disc electric disk brake is safe and reliable, the braking torque is not less than 1.8 times of the rated torque of the motor, the number of braking can reach 1 million, and no maintenance is required during the safe use period.
3. Reducer
The housing of the reducer is made of aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and corrosion resistant. The semi-greasy lubricant in the fully sealed box allows all gears to be fully lubricated, and there is no need to replace the lubricating oil during the design and safe use period.
Each gear that has undergone surface hardening and high-precision grinding treatment ensures the smooth operation of the reducer.
Operating agencies
1. The operating mechanism adopts the three-in-one structure of “motor + reduction box + walking wheel”, and the double-beam trolley frame is driven bilaterally.
2. Running frequency conversion speed regulation, which reduces the shaking of the lifting weight during the operation, enhances the safety of the operation, reduces the time required for the operation cycle, and improves the production efficiency.
3. All bearings are self-lubricating and oil-containing, and the arrangement can effectively absorb the horizontal force.
4. All gears of the reducer are carburized and hardened on the surface. In order to reduce noise, all gears must be ground or shaving. The gear box does not need to be changed during the service life.
5. The brake reliability is more than 1 million times.
6. The protection level of the entire traveling mechanism is IP54, and the insulation level of the drive motor is F level.
Safety System:
The upper and lower limit of the wire rope electric hoist adopts precise gear transmission type limiter, when the hook is at the upper (or lower) limit position, the electric circuit can be reliably cut off to stop the motor.
Overload protector: The wire rope electric hoist adopts an electronic overload protector (with safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the bridge; when the wire rope tension is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protection device will automatically Cut off the lifting circuit.
