PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Electric Hoist Traveling Bridge Crane is a versatile, efficient overhead material handling system widely used in workshops, warehouses, assembly lines, and maintenance facilities. It consists of a bridge girder (single or double) that spans the working area, end carriages that travel along runway beams, and an electric hoist that moves along the bridge. The hoist lifts and lowers loads, while the bridge travels longitudinally and the trolley (or hoist itself) travels transversely, providing full rectangular coverage of the workspace.
APPLICATION
1. General Manufacturing & Fabrication Workshops
Raw Material Feeding: Lifting steel plates, bars, tubes, and sheets from storage racks to saws, shears, and presses.
Work‑in‑Process Movement: Transporting partially welded or machined components between workstations.
Machine Tending: Loading/unloading heavy workpieces onto CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and planers.
2. Warehouses & Distribution Centers
Pallet Handling: Lifting heavy pallets (e.g., industrial supplies, machinery parts, bulk bags) from floor to racking and vice versa.
Oversized Item Retrieval: Moving bulky items (appliances, furniture, large cartons) that exceed forklift capacity.
Cross‑Docking Support: Transferring goods between receiving and shipping docks using overhead coverage.
3. Automotive Manufacturing & Assembly Plants
Press Shop: Lifting and feeding steel coils to uncoilers; handling stamping dies for changeovers.
Body Shop: Transporting vehicle body shells, chassis frames, and subassemblies through welding and assembly lines.
Powertrain Assembly: Lifting engine blocks, transmission housings, and axle assemblies with precise positioning.
4. Maintenance & Repair Shops (MRO)
Engine & Transmission Lifting: Removing engines, transmissions, and axles from trucks, buses, and heavy equipment.
Pump & Motor Overhaul: Lifting pumps, motors, gearboxes, and compressors for disassembly and repair.
Parts Storage & Retrieval: Lifting heavy spare parts from vertical racks or bins.
5. Steel Service Centers (General Lifting)
Plate & Sheet Handling (with slings/beams): Lifting steel plates, sheets, and blanks from storage to cutting tables.
Structural Steel Movement: Transporting beams, channels, angles, and tubes through processing lines.
Pipe & Tube Lifting: Handling bundles of pipes or individual large‑diameter pipes.
6. Power Generation & Utilities
Turbine Maintenance: Lifting gas turbine casings, steam turbine rotors, and generator stators during overhaul.
Transformer Handling: Moving heavy power transformers (10‑50 tons) for installation or repair.
Pump & Valve Servicing: Lifting large pumps, valves, and motors in power plant workshops.
